Hello! My name is Tasha Saint-Louis. I am a Class of 2017 graduate of the first HBCU, Lincoln University of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I graduated with degrees in Mass Communications, the digital track, and Spanish. My skills and passions include photography, graphic design, production, and screenwriting. I aspire to produce children’s entertainment that has positive representations of people of color.
I first discovered my calling when I was asked to name my top 10 favorite films and television shows and was shocked to find that all of them were primarily children’s shows and movies. I discovered that I love how complex and thoughtfully put together they are despite their target audience. My favorite movies include How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014), Spirited Away (2001), and WALL•E (2008). My favorite shows include Adventure Time (2010-2018), Steven Universe (2013-present), and Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005-2008).

I am a big fan of DreamWorks Animation, Studio Ghibli, Frederator Studios, and Cartoon Network Studios. My favorite directors/producers for animation include Dean DuBois, Joaquim Dos Santos, Hayao Miyazaki, Gary Conrad, Pendleton Ward, and Rebecca Sugar.
